Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout; for openfarmpet.com orders we can process your refund directly, while retailer purchases follow the retailer’s return policy (and we’re happy to help if you need guidance).

Store product in a sealed bag or container in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to use opened product within 60 days to maintain freshness. Wash hands, bowls and serving utensils with soap and hot water after serving.
