If you or your pet are not completely satisfied within 30 days (from delivery for openfarmpet.com orders or purchase for authorized retailers), we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout; for openfarmpet.com orders we can process your refund directly, while retailer purchases follow the retailer’s return policy (and we’re happy to help if you need guidance).
